Casual is in gameplay. Gundam made way for Dynasty Warriors 6's combat system of press x for endless *cough cough* combo, press y to end it with style. If it wasn't for that, I would still be a fan. Sure, I never got the super high combos to unlock the high level item. But I didn't care. Now there is this hold your hand to victory crap.

Yeah...no. As far as I can tell, that style of gameplay originated with Warriors Orochi. And it's pretty damn good too. The difficulty isn't affected by it, either, just the random crap of inputting moves. Hell, DW Strikeforce is probably the hardest single-player DW game out there.

Yeah, I find it fun playing together with a friend, then I just drag out my old DW:4 game for PS2.

But there is NO sellings points besides Graphics improvements and minor changes which don't justify it's price tag. You don't get points for face-lifts and copy/paste.

And yeah, of gamers in China(or anywhere else) want to blow their money on Madden 09, DW:17 X-TR33M3, or Mario party 219 that's them.

But hell, things just look so incredibly pitiful from up here on my soapbox.

This is a remake of the PSP title. Looks awesome, a shame though. Strikeforce PSP is one of the under rated titles, but it's one of the best in the series, and on a handheld no less. I'm glad it's coming for PS3/360, but the PSP deserves more recognition since it's one of the best in the series.

See did not know that. I have a PSP just not this game since the other DW titles were a letdown compared to the big boys. How many playable characters are there if I may ask?  Also getting tired of them treating Meng Ho as a new char...he is a old char they took out and re-added.

There's a lot of characters, 41 I think. But Meng Ho is the only character not included, and with him being the only "new" character added, that's bullshit. This is pretty much an HD remix with some added features, but the core gameplay looks intact, and online co-op is a welcomed addition compared to the PSPs local co-op. That's not putting the game down since it has huge roster and TONS of missions and side missions, but this was obviously a game that needed to be on consoles anyways.
