Awesome, I got mine but haven't used, I was using the Ergo with the insert and my little one got bigger and I needed something to support her neck, this is amazing.

I found that it took 3-4 times at home practicing before I really got it. Once I did get it, however, it was as easy as I make it look. :) So easy, in fact, that my husband ended up getting and using his own!
