i assume he means the fugazi song "last chance for a slow dance", it's the last song on "in on the kill taker" which is actually their third LP, but you can also count it as their 4th, considering 13 songs their first album. it's the only fugazi song i can think of that has a similar riff. long distance runner of red medicine is different. i think he means last chance... look it up on youtube ;)
