Oh man get out there ...dig everery targwet to start so u will learn wat sound goes with the target. when u can identify the target ten times with out diggin u have learned ur machine lol ..HH let us know wat u find :)
@toot1000000 You must not go metal detecting on any private or public land without getting the consent of either the owner or the local authority. Doing otherwise risks spoiling the reputation of detectorists and makes things much harder for all of us who try to get the hobby a good name.

Would not last 2 minutes on the beaches I hunt. Go with 14 ga, Stainless all the way. Time is money on recovery.
