They told me they had to transfer out of the country for work, And that after I send the money, They would have the keys couriered to me. I did research and found that the property was lived in. Thanx for posting this, People need to be careful.
I had this happen to me in Nashville, crazy. I did the research also and actually tracked down the real owner to tell them what was going on.
