should i get 98 custom with an e-trigger or the a5 just plain stock with no e-trigger cuz i got enough money for the e-trigger on the 98 custom but not enough for the e-trigger on the a5?

I would definetly recomend the A5 without the t trigger it works alot better and you can do way more stuff to it. if anything buy the a5 save up some money and put an e-trigger on. i personally put a responce trigger on mine because i like to play in the rain more.

well im not sure what kind of look you are going for but were i play we make it look real so instead of buying a pod belt buy a tactival paintball vest that holds pods and it will also hole you c02 tank if you have a co2 remote so you wont have to have the tank attached to the gun. You can get vest on ebay and stuff.

i would just go with an responce trigger. if you look at my videos i have an updated one of this guna and i put a responce trigger on it because e-grips are a pain in the but and they can get wrecked if they get wet so you cant play in the rain. look at my other vidoe

i realy have to disagree with your friend the a5 is a great gun for beginners or hardcore woodsballers if you like woods ball the a5 is great there are lots of upgrades out for it and lots of stuff for the looks also the 98 custom pro is realy good a5 a bit better with a few upgrade buyt both are nice tippmann are actually known for there durablity you could throw that thing in the mud and it would still shoot dont recomend it tho lolwelll hope this helps however tipps are not speedball guns

Dont consider yourself training for the Seals when training as a civi it's not comparable. one thing you should get is the x-7 hopper, has a much lower profile than the stock a-5 hopper.
