So if you can send me your the pen drive model number (E.g. DTI/2GB) and your operating system (E.g. Windows 7), then sometime I could be get a clue...
@sunil4oct1984 if you have a Windows XP installation cd, just try to remove pen drive partition and then create a partition. Sometimes it will work, otherwise just try googling... But unfortunately if your pen had a hardware based fault, these methods won't work in my private experience...
Because you can many things which can't be done with other file systems. Such as drive compressing, User management for drives and many more. If you still can't understand what I saying, please take a look at your NTFS formated drive's properties. You'll see many things which can try. However there are some disadvantages of NTFS file system. I can't express them all. So If you need to know them, please learn yourself. Thank you for your encouragement.
