holy crap i hate people going after eachother on whos better at what especially kendo or kumdo if the fights are about this then they are the same thing with the fact that there are some minor changes on the way it is taught and what to do after each hit but besides that they are the same and im korean but cmon y do u guys have to fight about somthing so stupid japanese can be so overconfident as well as some koreans and thats what starts the whole fight ugh u guys are so childish

man, kumdo has like no style and technique, they are just fast and agressive, it is totally different then kendo,kendo is all about a combination of technique and being fast. I think Japan is still better. They just had bad luck and the opponents are getting stronger. You can see it at the other results, womens team was won by japan, individual men : first two places went to japan and with women all four places went to japan
and my sensei (master like you call it) might just think the same way . And what is immature about it, it is an opinion, can't I just share it, if someone isn't mature then that is you
i believe that japan had bad luck AND over confidence... usa probably practiced pretty damn hard to beat the 12 consecutive wins by japan before... kumdo is not aggresive more than kendo... THEY ARE THE SAME... its not like in kumdo u can get a point in the crotch or heel
