  • @Arsenalrobert MAKE A NOTE OF THIS......All shoulder pressing movements ABOVE the head require you to suck air in. Listen and you will LEARN. Ignorance leads to injury, knowledge and the correct application of it leads to SUCCESS. Choose wisely.
