@MrPredatorix dude ur a dum shit..... it is too an aerial twist... a single aerial twist ALWAYS rotates 180 degrees so you would in fact be facing the opposite direction of where you started when the move is completed... if he was facing the same direction it would be a webster 360... i hate people that dont know shit from shit

That's not an aerial twist. You don't twist at all. You just turn your hips while you are sideways in air and you land it like a front flip. If you actually DO the twist you are supposed to land facing the way you started the move.

thats a brandy webster.. for an aerial twist, you actually need to spin, not just look at the same spot on the ground. Look over your shoulder and spin as if you were going to do a b twist, but do the same steps into it. Then it would be an aerial twist. If you want to see one, i got one on my channel

You might want to think of it as a Webster with a 180 twist. If your webster leg is the right one, you spin to the right, if it's your left one, you spin to your left. You land with your take off leg or both. Hope that helped : )

I think it's a normal Aerial becouse you just spin a 180 and not a 360. It look like a normal Aerial. (My english is not good)

aerial twists are only 180s, but you spin the opposite way to an aerial in an aerial twist, meaning your jumping leg has to go past the lifting one.

You should probably work on your aerials a bit more before advancing to the aerial twist. Good attempts though!

Reaper is incorrect about the takeoff, as far as I'm concerned. You COULD use a bkick takeoff, but it is by no means a necessity.

an aerial twist is not in any way related to the front flip. The take off is very different. Blocking is involved in a front flip take off, whereas the take off in an aerial involves the same set up for a butterfly kick. It's best described as a no handed cartwheel. Also, try taking/studying gymnastics a little bit, you need to work on your form. Keeping your legs straight will make it look much prettier and give it more power and flow.

recently i hav been trying to get aerials on my other side so ive had to go bak 2 the basics of cartwheels. More and more its feeling like a webster with 1/2 turn. no doubt a aerial is a no handed cartwheel but wen a proper cartwheel is done u kick up then spin. if people airnt convinced that fronts with 1/2 twist similer to aerial twist then try webster 1/2 turn and it feels quite the same as an aerial twist start and landing feel differnt cos u dont get to see the ground

If you pay attention when you see an aerial switch, you will see a 180°...

If you look at an aerial twist, the 180° is effestued on the other side, that is how I see it...

Ok this goes for all the people that says its not an aerial twist.

Aerial = front flip off 1 foot with a half twist.

To do an aerial with a 360deg turn u would b facing forwards on the landing therefore it's a full twist front.

So an aerial twist is simply turning the opposite way you would turn in a normal aerial.

I see it now. Long time ago I made that comment but I now see it Ive been working with this move my self and I know the difference now. I know that they are two different moves but I just saw it as a Brandy at first because of the camera angle. In an A-twist you twist in the direction of the foot that is forward so if your left foot is forward you twist left. If you twist the other way it is a Brandy.
