nope they are most closely related to the mongoose family (herpistidae I believe) weasels are mustilids and are far removed from hyenas. Hyenas are feliforms ('cat-like' carnivores) and weasels are caniforms (dog-like) though weasels and mongooses might look pretty similar they are not.

In hyeneas, female are dominant, and the females are super androgenized, i.e filled with the male hormone testosterone, so a side effect is that the females' clitoris looks like a long thin penis!.Not only do they have a penis-like clitoris, but they give birth through a small opening at the very tip.
