hey i just recently bought this mp3 player but i dont know how to take out the sd card (memory card) its just in there, theres no way that fingers can reach inside of there and there are no buttons to release it. How do i get it out of the slot?
poker,either do what fatsom said or if you have no fingernails ( me XD ) use your thumb ( not another finger,thumb ) and push a LITTLE harder then using your fingernail at the tip ( if you have no fingernails,only your skin will touch it )
im working at this zen factory and what im know there will be a new version of zen that have more function will be able at the market near soon...will upload if have vid about that
I'm kinda upset about this model because according to creative, this is the replacement for the zenvision M series which is able to support 30-60gb and has a nice touchpad. Only good thing about this is it's nice and slim.
They always make it like the zune and ipod are the top mp3 players ignoring creative. Creative deserves to be talked about a lot. Ipod in some cases, are becoming fads instead. People buy them not knowing of any features, but just because it is an ipod. Creative needs to make their own stores around here though, because customer service stinks!
i agree with ya, ppl ignore creative as everybody goes for ipods!(which my fren claims that ipod are just for SHOW when everybody is aware of how short it actually lasts) i will definitely go for this instead of ipod since it spoilts so easily and had an inferior quality.
Creative is quite a big company actually, they make electronics for all range of things. They evolved from computer hardware, my first web cam was a creative.
Ever had a zen? The sound of a Zen is way better then I pod. Probally because of creatives experience with sound cards etc. And zens are way more like "solid and strong" so that makes better quality.

Look ppl, the Zen is a great PMP, no doubt about it, but you gotta admit it's got some flaws. For instance, the SD "expansion" is not as flashy worthful as its apparent great uses. It restricts many aspects. Though it is sexy and light, Videos still have to be encoded (yes, it IS a hassle). Sure its price is awesome, but maybe it can improve. I'm not saying the iTouch is a god or anything, I'm only saying that I don't think the Zen can be replaced with an iTouch. The end.

You kind of have to push it in with your fingernail. Then, it will loosen up.
