I don't want to get involved in all this but just for your information: needles don't boost stamina, it actually only boosts the anaerobic, ''white muscles'' aka: they bulk you up. If endurance athletes would inject steroids their performance would in fact plummet down... I should add however that I'm not aware of every ''cheating'' method in sports, there are plenty of drugs (cocaine) that do improve stamina though. With the right genes and training, you can get there without cheating.
