Edward D. Wood Jr. was certainly an fascinating person, but I think the biggest testament to his character was his perseverance to make movies, he absolutely would never give up. I am glad a movie like Ed Wood was made so his movies may live on and inspire people to be themselves and follow their dreams.

Back in those days $50K didn't get you very far. Film was very expensive and a good reason not to do another take. Stock footage was free. He had just days to make entire movies. He didn't have enough money to hire any good actors. Special effects in those days were very very expensive. He was a genius for his resources.

I believe that as much Robert pattinson as jhoni deep does not compare deep has years of experience apart from which their films enchant to me, and Robert is a young boy who finishes taking off the 2 enchant to me and is a triviality to compare them, are very different although when jhony jump to the fame by edward scissors hands also harassed like a Robert ..... time will tell if Robert is so good actor as deep. love I them both

Things I thought were genius in this movie: All the little pauses Johnny makes where he shakes his head and a look of utter confusion crosses his face, Dr. Acula (ha!), The "strip tease", getting baptised to convince the southern baptist church to fund Plan 9 and promising to make 12 movies about the 12 apostles...
