  • This is the kind of thing that give paragliding a bad name. Highly irresponsible.

  • Think about T11 before you try this "stupid pet trick"

  • Oh I see, you're trying to kill him. Good job.

  • isto é tao errado... devia ser punido este responsavel

  • Deu certo mas poderia ter dado errado.

Cada um na sua, cada um com sua didática... Mas o vento me pareceu muito forte para instrução básica.

  • Lock out waiting to happen, Crazy

  • If this is the kids father he's just a dumb ass. Does he know what could have happened to that kid ? He makes everything wrong one can possibly do.

  • "Skills" has n-o-t-h-i-n-g to do with this. Pure luck you survived. Dump your teacher.

  • You really wanna get your child killed...

    HARNESS WITHOUT PROTECTION

    INAPROPRIATE WING SIZE

TIE HIM TO ROPE IN THE GROUND

At least dozen ppl have died this way!

ppl can be REALLY really stupid... I hope you have learned from this.

  • It works alot better when you do it on a hill you can actually get alot better and longer air time.

  • fake ;)

  • you are very lucky but it 's an experience

  • muito bem filmado, parabéns!

  • Very good boy as well as very fortunate.

but never, repeat never harnessed the contrary when you are inflating species with gusts as strong and too big a sail!

  • This is the most stupid thing I have ever seen. Whoever is teaching that kid should be put in jail. Very, very, VERY dangerous.........Idiot!!!

  • the Worst thing is that he fasten his risers inverse so he will be in trouble if u like to playing reverse always use the cross mode not inverse ..

  • your father or whoever was there should go to jail for that. Not only is this wind too strong, but most of all fixing a glider with a rope on the ground is one of the most dangerous things to do. The glider tends to get into stall when you are at the highest point and then you just fall down from that height. If you fall from 20 m there is no chance to survive without broken back an/or neck.

  • camera imbessile

  • You are going to get that kid killed. Your an idiot

And then you put it on youtube. Dumb ass

  • A high percentage of people who try tethered paragliding go to the hospital or the morgue that day. No, they didn't think they would either..... no joke, hope you gave it up.

  • @arcanadana yeh i know my back was in bits after and did not enjoy being tossed around at those speeds never tried that again without a proper harness never tied myself to anything again .

  • Very, very stupid & dangerous thing to do. Never ever tether a glider.

  • Dumd ass, where is a lock out when you need one...

  • I was kiting in high wind once and then a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup came up to me and witnessed to the dog about how if I did my taxes, the parakeet would go out to my truck and get the steering wheel.

  • Idiot!

  • Idiot

  • he is even strapped in back to front not the brightest of things to do

  • @kentag2000 nope it just looked like it cuz off the harness.

  • stupid, next time you may get parallised

  • as a reaction to all the negative reactions I would like to compliment you with the fact that you posted your mistakes, cought on video. Glider too big for you, harness without protection, stil you post so others can learn and not do what you did.

  • I know people on wheelchair because of this game. You may think that It s not a very big problem after all, as they still fly a paraglider. It is just about finding the right, special equipment.

    No jokes: this is irresponsible!

  • careless.

  • i guess you love your son very much..

  • irresponsable

  • aweful filming

  • baisiai atrodo..

  • christ!!!!!!!

  • the young fella is a natural.stick with it kid.

have fun,be careful and good luck to ya.

  • Šaunuolis bakuriukas,nepasimetė. Jauciu greitai jis dalyvaus acro varžybose. I respect. :) :) :)

  • Reik litus taupyt ant naujo hahaha :D

  • My wish was to start paragliding, and since there isnt realy good conditions in the midvest USA, somebody inroduced me to hang gliding. After my first solo and learning prons and cons of both sports.I'm as my teacher says so hapy that i "live in the ugliest part" of this wonderful country!

  • a relative of mine is confined to a wheelchair after kite'ing at the beach and beeing sucked up and slamed down onto the rock pier, touch and go for awhile but he survived, and no, death is not better.

  • Well aren't you just a happy ray of sunshine.

  • Debile ! mógł sie młody połamać albo gorzej !

  • lol

  • they were speaking lithuanian XDD

  • nu kad vardas mantas negirdi D:?

  • as viso nezurejau XD

  • Fantastic skills kid! Be careful taking instruction from even parents. Approach it with intelligence and have a great time!

I'm very impressed with the way you handle the surprises.

Don't pay attention to the negativism of (some of) those giving advice . Arrogance (i.e stupidity) is more concerned with making a point than being helpful.

    Have fun!

  • Fairplay Kid your a good pilot surviving those conditions. Fly safely. Thanks.

  • You use a rope to keep the glider on the ground. I guess you never thought about a dynamic surge which would have had very serious consequences. For killing one self, I would recomend pills. Strong wind, oversized glider, reverse setup and a harness without any back protection... perfect recipe for a wheelchair or, best case scenario, death.

  • Thank you! :) On the day the wind speed was 3m/s and the glider was for 95kg pilot I am 75 kg yes that's why We used the rope so I wouldn't get dragged in to the lake. But then the strong wind gust came. And that was the last time I used that harness or used a rope :)

  • lietuvis ar lietuve?

  • @megapwn333 Oh dear, tethering a glider is an absolute no no. You were lucky not to get a broken back.

At least ypu appear to be wearing a helmet, though that harness doesn't appear to have any back protection, not that it would have helped you much!

  • @6monos6

unfortunately I am fully in agreement with you!

I thank her lucky stars that a protected!

  • This is why people get hurt, and why people call us idiots...

    This is just stupid!

Fly safe and develope good airmanship!

  • this video was captured about 2 years a go and I didnt have any incidents since...

  • cameraman did a great job!!

  • Tethering any one hooked to a paraglider is dumb. Lucky the paraglider didn't lock out and slam the kid head first into the ground.

  • From 0 to 10 on the Stupid scale the parent or whoever is giving this kid instructions is about 10.

  • Jesus.. You are just a kid. IS that wing at least for your weight? Where is your regular harness with back protection?

  • got one was using my dads ground handling harness.

  • Not the best way to learn.

  • As the pilot is strapped in backwards, shouldn't the title be "Strong wind ground handling"?

  • yea probably....

  • Paragliding is a safe sport but you need to be careful!

  • Good parents !

  • FLATULATIONS--Gonna be a good Pilot...put some rocks in your pocket...HA!!

  • lesser men would have crashed, great job.

  • That kid shows some poise. He's gonna be a damn good pilot!

  • leave a comment ppl plz !!!!!!
