just watch the video over and over again until you figure it out.... if you do BJJ it should come naturally to you while watching as long as you study closely enough...

@MrRick1254 my sensi trains with him and he set up a hour session with braulio he rolled with me and get me in a omeplata, a triangle, 2 armbars, kamura and guillotine. the only offense i got was a kee barr attempt which he quickly reversed into a armbar lol he is a beast

I just bought his dvd series, amazing detail. One of the few dvds where its more than just showing the technique and explaining. He'll bring up common situations that happen when doing certain things, keep up the great work Braulio!
