  • Is there a youtube video/soundtrack for that part where Balian is walking down and Almaric and the other knights of Ibelin see him... "You must've known him" etc

    I reaaaallly want that soundtrack!

  • 2:51 prince of persia.

  • at 0:13 starts the most peaceful and reflective theme I've heard in my life... :)

  • @ironmaiden93ofangmar yes,you're right....if that's a complete song i would like to know it's name

can someone please tell me it's name ? :)

  • @MAFIOSU5 I dont think it's a song aside from the rest of this song, but it sure is amazing. I always repeat that part when i watch the movie just to listen to that beautiful song again xD

  • @ironmaiden93ofangmar LOL me too :)) xD

it would be awesome if there would be a complete song with that part :D

  • 2:13 TAKE NO PRISONERS COMRADES!!

  • when does this song play in the movie?

  • @lordofthenachos At least I know the part at 0:13 is when the first night of the seige of Jerusalem is ending, and shows Sybilla praying or something

  • God is dead and we have killed him.

  • if 2:13 is used in CoD Hans Zimmer is a fucking thief - this is made by Gregson Williams

  • @gunforsale

Harry Gregson-Williams was a protege of Hans Zimmer.

  • @gunforsale It's used in CoD 4 and that game's score was done by Gregson-Williams

  • LOLOL! Call of Duty theme at 2:13

  • The melody at 2:12 would later be used heavily by Gregson-Williams in his score of the video game Call of Duty 4.

  • @Bluehawk2008 Hans Zimmer made the soundtrack for COD. But please correct me if I'm wrong.

  • ...Rise a Knight...

  • GOD WILLS IT!!!!!....lol (Quote From The Film)

  • OpFor theme at 2:13

  • yup, same composer. this guy also worked on shrek and metal gear solid, i believe

  • @fainyance11 damn finally i was lookin for this. My teacher played this before a test and i was like woah theres the OpFor theme from COD 4.

  • @fainyance11 Also "The Coup."

  • @fainyance11 wats op?

  • @MarjanQasemi14 OpFor = OpposingForce, a common US military term

  • @fainyance11 oh okay. thanks for telling me

  • yes, im sure youd volunteer to fight...

  • great movie that we can learn from ore not i think to if your are muslim ore christian if your righteous end true then your are a holy man end woman grtz from dutch

  • I like your enthusiasm.

  • possibly since most people in the west during that time believed in God! However knowing what the crusades were like now, I really wouldn't want to go!

  • Alright, so you would rather get yourself killed than have a family and spend time with them?

  • I would rather live an exciting life even if that means it has to be a bit shorter (don't live insanely long back then most of the time anyways) than a long boring one, yes.

  • I guess so, but why would living among your family be boring? ANd since when was the slaughter of God's creations "Fun" or "exciting"

  • Being a peasant like 90% of people were in those times would be horribly boring, and it's always been exciting. I never said fun.

  • Being a peasant would not be exciting.

Every day you would get up and work until every bone in your body ached. Your family would more then likely be starving 50% of the time, disease was rampant as was child fatality rates. Your lord could have you killed at will and there was always the shadow of an invading army or raiders.

Life was not exciting, it was horrible, short and bloody. We rarely understand because our own lives are so shielded in this 'modern' age.

    Killing and dying was life.

  • No shit buddy, kind of exactly what I said. Being a peasant would suck ass so I'd rather go on a crusade with the chance of maybe making enough money to move up in the world and not have such a shitty life, that's all I was sayin.

  • pope say a word and im ready to die for you and god !

    †In Hoc Signo Vinces†

  • When I listen to the first 45 seconds i am so proud to be a catholic christian...!

  • Sei es immer mein bruder !

  • Whatever your race or religion, this piece of music should make you ashamed of being human because we can slaughter one another and turn away with something this beautiful. I hope I'm never hardened to this world, tears flowing right now...this is so very beautiful. I hope and pray for peace but I know it will never happen. May all who died in war rest now and forgive everyone for putting them there. Sorry if this sounds weird,

    PEACE

    x

  • Ouh some of the orientalic pieces are also in Call of Duty 4 xD.....i love it :)

  • Comment removed

  • rofl project offset music 1:42 to 2:02 ahahah

  • and its the first 32-40 seconds of this song that make me proud to be a christian

  • Brother our Father resists the proud and exualts the humble.

  • Even saying that makes you unhumble lol fail preaching

  • Why becasue I say the truth?

  • No, because you seem to think you know God's thoughts and feelings. This is impossiblely arrogant, and then by claiming someone else is unhumble(therefor saying you are the one who decides what is humble or not, or at least someone who has some great insight on the subject) you too are being unhumble.

  • There is a book called the Bible, it contains the truth and the very words of God on the madder, now see what He has to say about it.

  • awsome one of the best movie peices ever composed!

  • first 40 seconds always make me rewind the movie just to hear them.i wonder how the lady makes here voice do that quick tone change?

  • great movie

  • rofl apart of this sound track is on call of duty 4 at 2:13 the single player campaign

  • True!!! What reminded me of CoD 4 was also 1:32...

  • Yeah, you´r right!

  • Actually, I hear the part from 2:13 in alot of Middle Eastern related video games and movies

  • To jake66664,

Yes indeed, I reckognised that particular part from COD4. Its exactly the same. Is it just some sort of stereotyping or is a traditional tune or something:P ?

  • It's isn't stereotyping or a traditional tune, Gregson-Williams contributed to the soundtrack of CoD 4 a great deal.

It's likely that he just took the music he had already written for Kingdom of Heaven and just added it in to CoD4.

  • @jake66664 like prince of persia

  • The start reminds me of some score of the Black Hawk Down soundtrack
