I have this phone. The two things I don't like about it is

1. it doesn't have threaded text messages(not that much of a big deal)

2. The screen sux if you r outside. Has the worst glare of any phone that ive seen. It is almost impossible to read the screen at times(reason why I'm going to b looking into getting a new phone)

This phone is kinda weird because every three months (at least with my father's phone) or so, the touch select shifts, and you have to recalibrate the touchscreen. Also, if you buy this phone, and you use a screen protector, I wouldn't recommend the thick LCD plastic one that the store gives you for free, because it desensitizes the screen. I'd recommend Zagg invisibleShield.

I dropped this in water and it messed up then 24 hours later it worked fine. It's also extremley durable. I've thrown this far on a Baseball feild and it refused to break but it needs the cover to be more durable.

when you call, do you have to use the qwerty keyboard.. since the numbers are like on the top from 0-9 which is kinda messed up if you are just gonna call a number? So is it like that, or is there number pad on the touchscreen?

@ReddAlertt You can use the QWERTY keyboard if you want, but yes, you can use the number pad in the home screen (the Dialer) in portriat mode. So you can type the number with the QWERTY key board, or use it in portriat mode and the numbers are on the screen.

@Jhubblee No. This phone doesn't even have support for WiFi. You have to have a web plan for the phone. I think it is around $5 - $10. I think it's worth getting the web plan, but it is your choice. (if you buy the phone)

@airsoftjovan23 It definitely would be better if it were a smartphone but they intentionally made it with less capability and a "resistive" (pressure-sensitive) touch screen instead of a high-end one to keep the costs down for you. It's not meant to be an Android or BlackBerry type phone or else it would cost as much as those =). It's very nice for the price though for sure.

@barws If you're in an area where you usually have signal then the first thing you always want to do is pull your battery our for about one minute and while it's out just make sure your SIM card (the small white chip with your cell company's logo on it) is snug in place with the gold plates facing down. Then put it back in and let it fully boot. If still no service then go into your phone settings to make sure you're not in Airplane Mode. Hope this helps! - T-Mobile Tech Rep.
