I found that a really good strategy was to stand in a corner and fire two shots, then move to the next corner. Use the L2 button to keep an eye on the PHs and reload in the menu.

silent hill 2 has the best story out of the all games i think. it's seems more surreal and creepy than the others, because everyone seems much more guilty than the others and suprisingly it makes more sense... O.o

And also one more thing, using The Great Knife is a good weapon to use, it's probably the only use it'd have in the game, it'll get both of them at the same time, and it'll prevent you from getting stabbed a terribly large amount, unless you have bad timing on when to swing.

Technically, it's not a boss fight for the Pyramid Heads, it's just a mini-boss, a boss fight (Considered to me) Is when it ends a certain section of a game, or a level to be exact, they don't really make levels in this game, I don't think at least, but anyway, not a boss, a mini-boss.

i think that see maria dead it´s hard but see her three times killed it is a bit hard but you can recovery fast for that. she died 3 times c´mon she can´t be alive in the third if you see her body when she was dead.But it is hard see it in first person than in the others

Having pyramid head wearing the barrel on his head has a reason, i heard they were using it to cover their societly. Its guiltiness i think. Pyramid head,as the punisher, appears because of jame's guilt for killing his wife and eddie.For Maria... a whore i suppose lols :3

I'll try my best umm... I've played SH 2 loads of times and I think a lot of the story is based on your own assumptions because it isn't always clear whether the monsters or certain characters (such as Maria) are actually something that James has created in his own subconscious in order to punish himself. The best way to get a synopsis of the story is to look on wikipedia. Sorry I couldn't help you more :)

its not necessaryly a wheel barrel its more of a punishment for himself from wat ive heard pyramid head was also a sinner and decivered punishment so he was put into the "pyramid" helmet for his sinners and now punishes others for their sins or thos ewho wish to be punished for wat they have done
