  • Take a look at ours we did remake of jordy few more to come

  • the movie responsible for my absolute fear of roaches. i was 5 at the time i saw this!

  • I was 18 months old when I saw this at the drive-in. I never remembered what movie it was but the scene was etched in my brain at a very very young age. Kind of wierd to see it again in 30 years...lol

  • This has to be one of my favorite horror movies, it's genuinely scary and I can relate since I had a Mr. Pratt moment. I was just chillin in my computer like I am now - and all of sudden - I don't how it got there - but a roach was just lying on my lap and it FREAKED me out. Just as the title of segment implies: "They're Creeping Up On You!"

  • I handle the worst blood and gore you could come up with but when it comes to cockroaches, I want out NOW!

  • Distuuuuuuuuurbinnnng

  • STUPID MUSIC when the bugs come out from he's body!

    Hahhahaha

  • buääääh! How creepy...

  • Fucking epic shit

  • MY FACE --> 8O

  • David Firth's voices for the beetles in spoilsbury definitely came from the "Mr Pratttttt, bugggs got your tongue?" guy

  • not cool

  • actually in real life roaches wont do this... cause the minute you start walking towards them they get scared ... BUT yeah this is really creepy and it gives me chills everytime i see this.

  • @maiden4lifa09 I think it was more of a supernatural thing. It's supposed to reflect all of the people he stepped on and crushed to get where he was. He views everyone else as vermin and they got their revenge.

  • i remember this very well super creepy

  • Mr. Pratt is buggin out LOL

  • @LEX7thousand What a buggar!

  • i love this story just for mr pratt lol

"well if you dont get your ass up here then next year you can take the kids to disny land in your fucking welfare check"

lmao i wanna be a boss just like that =D

  • I remember this moment pleasing me very much as a child. He had it coming.

  • "What's the matter Mr. Pratt."

  • Good riddance to the fucking mean man! Although I hate bugs too...

  • Oh my god, I hate those little fuckers.

  • As much as I despise cockroaches, I can't help but cringe at the very sight of them. And I'm a frigging guy!!!!! Absolutely HIDEOUS creatures. Especially the flying ones!!!

I couldn't relate to the old fart any more, in that aspect. Wow.

  • How did the roaches even get inside his apartment?

  • Before I saw this movie cockroaches didn't bother me... But now make my skin crawl.

  • this really needs no explaination.

  • the guy deserved it he was a jerk and was evil to his employees

  • Poor Upson Pratt

  • *shivers*

    Creepy.

  • beeegg ...........

  • thats pretty funny to me no joke

  • ....the FUCK?

  • Jesus fuck, that was awesome.

  • i can watch this over and over ya i have seen way!!!!! more diacuting stuff then this

  • Epicly Owned.

  • Haha

  • I just mastubated to this =D

  • yes, yes you did

  • @iamnotapie hahah

  • @iamnotapie Ew

  • my mom is so scared of roaches when she first saw this she almost fainted.

  • Those roaches were great in this movie. Too bad they were uncredited...

  • i love this thing! fucvkin scary!

  • Is this like a cockroach version of a clown car?

  • I am going through the timesonline scariest film moments and they hyped this up as a "profoundly upsetting clip" but i found myself quite dispassionate about it. I surprise myself sometimes with what scares me and what doesn't...often it's what I least suspect!

  • me too! I am actually thinking a lot of the films on the list really shouldn't be

  • god that scarred me for life! my mom had this movie when i was little and watched it with me

  • Fucking gory. l love it.

  • good comment right there ps2player 41

  • nasty...should of ate his veggies not cockroaches

  • Ugh this movie scarred me for life when I watched it as a kid. I can't believe they showed it on TV, and my mom watched it with me and my brother thinking it was a comedy because the title sequence was funny.

  • yuuuuuuck ahha.

  • Fricking love this movie, always as I grew up.

  • love this movie.

  • This forever traumatized me when I saw this as a child.

  • How'd you watch this as a child?

  • Creepshow=badass

I love the comic book feel

  • may anyone tell me why all this roaches burst out of his body?

  • he dident pay his taxes

  • LOL

  • all the roaches in the apartment are gone u see? they all went inside him by the time the power went back on

  • See what happends when you wet the sticky part of envelopes with your tongue

  • Count Veger would freak out big time.

  • E.G. Marshall was so hilarious in this movie! "Miami!! FLORIDA!! I don't give a fuck if you took the kids to Amsterdam!!" "Than you can take the wife & kids on vacation on your FUCKIN WELFARE CHECK!"

  • Actually it was Disney World in Orlando where the superintendent took his wife and children for vacation,E.G.Marshall played Upson Pratt a dispicable tycoon who hated cockroaches,he was also in Christmas Vacation and Absolute Power with Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman as the President, sadly he passed away in 1998.

  • omg ?!?!??!?!?!

  • Scariest movie ever...

  • ewwewweww. love that movie tho.

  • Great, very easy

  • OMG!!! This part had me literally running out of the theater back then. Yuck!!

  • i liked upson for his charming dialogue. 'go out and fuck someone, but use a rubber cause everyone's got these damn herpes nowadays'

  • Ummm dude, the roaches rarely got screentime, plus there was at least twice as many roaches coming in every two minutes, which you can't really notice, because of the bitchin' blackouts!

  • Oh, okay.

  • No one sane calls the original Creepshow "retarded". Did you actually watch the film itself? The whole point of it all was to create a horror comic book feel, so of course they would exaggerate the number of cockroaches, that was all a part of what they were doing. Surely you can get that.

  • I suppose so. I had never even heard of Creepshow, let alone seen it.

  • creepshow 1 and 2 are the best then i found creepshow 2 even better :D i love old horror movies mixed with comedy like evil dead 1 2 and 3 scary ans funny

  • Tom Savini did a fantastic job with the make-up effects in this as well as the sequel.

  • i see 1 Mistake they made in this scene.. 1st his eyes are barely open and next they are Wide Open? still a good scene but no one would notice it right off... just pointed it out though. Great Movie though I have it

  • Yeah you can tell when the bugs start coming out of his mouth that it's a dummy. The first part of the scene was him, but the second part wasn't. ;)

  • I found that weird.

  • i 4 1 love this movie butb its gotFUCKIN DISGUSTING THINGS IN IT

ME i aint scared of no horror just ilike movies like that so give meb some nmoe fuckers

  • I havent seen Creepshow in three years, and this is still fucking disterbing.Thank you Stephen,Savini and Romero for making my bug phobia worse!!

  • i saw this when i was a little kid. i thought it was rather spooky. now that im much older its entertaining. good special effects though for a production as old as it is.

  • 20 years later and i'm still freaked out by this.

  • i bought the dvd at walmart for 5 bucks

  • are u american mate cause i like american people there safe im english i luv horror!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A brilliant example of an imaginative movie, when movie makers actually put their minds to movies, instead of using mindless soulless computers like they do today.

  • But of course.Creepshow is a true master piece.

  • After seeing this, I hate roaches even more now. I HATE THEM! I HATE THEM! I HATE THEM!

  • Did you get this on DVD? I'm asking because I want to get it but the two movie stores I went to today didn't have it in either DVD or VHS, and none of the online movie download stores has it either, that I've tried yet.

  • yeah it's only disturbing because it's bugs (not just bugs but roaches which many people abhor) are swarming out of a dead guys body. LOL There's WAY gorier and worse scenes in the history of movies; I think Romero capitalized on ppl's hatred of bugs to make this scene work. There's my 2 cents and (sheesh) mini review! :)

  • I myself don't really mind insects because some can be beautiful creatures (like grasshoppers and butterflies). However, I'm not a fan of flies because they can be annoying and roaches because they're DOWNRIGHT FUCKING DISGUSTING!!!! I seriously cannot look at them without turning into a shrieking 5 year old.

  • O.o ive seen better kid

  • Yes that is very disturbing and creepy.

  • I agree, very disturbing momment.

  • Great scene from the greatest movie ever made.
