I've never understood how the Confederate flag is viewed by some as a harmless symbol of Southern pride. Unfortuanatly A lot of the real big reasons that caused the civil war are ignored while everyone focuses on the issure of slavery.

Whoever posted this video, used the wrong song. He should've listened to the lyrics of the song. And, for all of you who are puffing your chests about the civil war, all wars are started because of man's greed. The north knew that the south's economy would fall apart without free labor (slaves), and the south (rich folks in the south) weren't about to give up their money. So southern rich folks (like the rich always do) made the poor whites think that it was about losing their homeland.

The South is not racist, or inbred, and God let it Rise Again! However, this time I recomend keeping the capital in Richmond so all of our forces are not tied up there, and perhaps we'll help southern California secede as it wanted to, giving us pacific ports. Also, we should secure kentucky better, because then we get the entire gold bullion reserve of Union (idiots put all their gold in a different country), and definitely trade much needed food for weapons to China.
