Thank you so much mate, I'm glad that u liked it !! ^__^ This strat feels and sounds better than many other american made that I've had in my life...I've got another one (a sunburst with 2 virtual blues Dimarzio pickups) and it's a really nice guitar too; imho the classic player '60 is everything that a strato should be.

after watching several youtube vids, i have the impression that the custom 69 pickups are always a bit "overdriven", i never found a vid where i heard realy clean tones. What do you think?

hi mate, the classic player 60 has got the 57/ 62 pickups and they're not so clean as other fender pickups, but they've got more bite , similar to the texas special picks....I don't have a strato with 69 pickups so I can't tell, sorry.. thx for watchin' anyway, hope that u enjoyed it !

You're not wrong there. This axe rocks why the American made cost so much is beyond me. I have a USA made standard and it nothing compared to this classic player 60 made in Mexico. The folks at the custom design shop certainly know a thing or two about sound cos they have hit this one right on the nail. Your playing is superb. Trust yours is not an American made on as no offence is intended. Sounds wicked keep them coming please!!!!!!!!!!

I got one of these today its awesome. I player Gibsons and loads of other strats but this Mexican Strat blew them all away. The pickups are out of this world. If you want the blues to ooooooooozzzze then get one you will love it. Sonic Blue how apt!!!!!!!!
