i want to have 16.5iNCH bICEPS I AM CURRENTLY 14.5/8" 6 weeks into working out and i started with 13.9". week 7 starts on 31st so im hoping to hit 15" mark before i hit 2 months of workout that gives me 2 weaks to get 3/8" which i doubt im gonna reach but probably will get close
This was nearly 2 years ago and I've long since moved on to better methods. I mainly do Westside now. Much stronger and a little bit bigger. My arms are now 17, but I have put on more fat than I would have liked over the winter. One problem I have found with doing a powerlifting plan like Westside is that you eat like a horse because you are always hungry. During the winter I really don't have much choice for GPP, just heavy bag work and bike work. Both of which get quite boring.
ya puting on some fat seems inevitable i also put on some fat while im on bulking phase and not only little fat i maye gained 6-7 pounds fat since i started to workout 2 months ago which is alot i know but i do all that they say on the web eat alot and lift heavy and i do eat healty foods like tuna, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs etc and still boom i gain alot of fat so i think im just eating too much
As I said in the comments section this was over a year ago. I was looking for something different for a while to break the monotony. I've been doing Westside for several months now. A lot stronger than I was then, much better. For the next couple of months I will be doing mainly kettlebell work with some powerlifting worked in with my kids to help them get ready for wrestling season.
haha yea genetics suck ass but mabey u should try a few supplements if u dont already i happen to know a good bit bout supplements ive tried many and know which ones work best
hey man mabey ur arms got more cut and gained muscle and lost fat? just a suggestion. but yea that awsome 105 doing 21s damn i hope i get that strong i currently am doing 75 on my 21's
I don't believe that I lost any fat, although I sure would like to. Seems as though I am pretty much stuck to the same size. It is almost a year later and I am still the same size despite totally busting my rearend. Although now I am doing more of a powerlifting routine rather than trying to build size. It is strange, I started lifting about 1 1/2 years ago after not doing it for 15 years. I ended up with the identical size arms I did when I was 24 but with a 36" waist rather than 31" Genetics??

heres the best advice you'll here...
use alot Heavier weights with less reps!
you have to work on your benching a little
first, go ALOT slower
second, make sure to fully extend your arms
