Smith at the beginning of Reloaded gave Neo the package...His earpiece...Showing that he didn't die..That and he was no longer an Agent and he was watching from a distance when Neo was fighting the upgraded Agents and said to himself (his copy) it went how he expected it to be. That it was all happening exactly as before...WELL NOT EXACTLY...XD. Smith is easily one of the best antagonists of all time.
