This is a very wishy-washy video without a valid selling point. Whoever is the maker needs to add more to what it is attempting to accomplish.
It seems it is trying to test the accountability of Mr. Clarke?

I searched for Clarke while reading his latest book 'Your Government Failed You' just now. I don't know the maker of this video, but feel compelled to write that in my opinion it does a poor job of stating whatever it's attempting to. Clarke doesn't know some obscure piece of paper by its document number - big deal. Cue the heavy orchestra music. This is a rinky dink video, and I suspect this cause is as well and will fail. Learn to prioritize. Clarke has got some great ideas - what are yours?
