I dont want you to think that I am being hateful or harsh but this is illegal. Please let this bird go, I have seen what can happen to a hawk in a metal cage. It will rip their scalp open and expose the bone of their skull. If you still have this bird, please take it to a wildlife rehabilitator, it is terrified.
@ericrayfield illegal you can get falcons as pets this one is more likely a pet but i argee about the cage its just awful the recommended cage is usally a averivy size cage
