I'd complain that "What a coincidence this song was in english" but given its source the song is probably beyond simple barriers such as language.

Which is one thing I never quite understood about magic most of the time. Why do you have to learn some ancient dead language?

@Nionivek Ok...off topic, but: From my academic understanding, magic is driven by a combo of guided consciousness, intent, invocation & for certain spells, tonal variance. Words DO have power of themselves, but more than that, one must understand & CONSCIOUSLY invoke the effect they want; can't do it if you lack [understanding of] the words. Also, just like certain scales shatter glass, certain vocal tones register effects on the universe. Lastly, each 'magic' is set in certain bounds (language)
