First motel on the left used to be called the Inlet House in the mid-70's -- Not long after that is the Raven, longtime legendary bar/tavern of Va Beach - On the right by the Days Inn which is on the left, you'll see a tall skinny structure. Thats part of the little amusement park there thats a poor replacement for the old Seaside Amusement Park, torn down in the 70s. Im a native of Va Beach, born 6/57. Visit the Jewish Mother at 33rd & Pacific. Awesome food!

@scruffylittlecat I see you know Va. Beach! Excellent. Indeed the 15th Street Amusement Park isn't the park that Seaside used to be, but it's good that we have it anyway. I'd like to see the city take a huge parcel of land and build a BIG theme park. I'll bet Six Flags would LOVE LOVE LOVE to build a park here.

@vabeachnet Oh i agree! It would be awesome to have a Six Flags here! ^5! Yep born & raised here. Not many of us old natives left here anymore. We're kinda a rare breed, huh? lol!
