Holly Mackeral! I was like forever trying to find my tape cassette with this song as the record was long lost during a move. Lo and behold, the magic of the internet and here it is. Superb upload. Really really brings back memories for me.
not front greetings....front is front ....TRIBANTURA speak for himself and its one and only timeless indy (ebm) wave.thanks to frank of TRIBANTURA ..for your great productions and goood sound flashs over my sentry's...!!!
Damn..., another Houston resident. I was born in H-town and am now 39 going on 40. I remember Numbers real well. Did some crazy acid/ X there as well as at 6400, DV8, Power tools, paragon, red square, shark dance, club ect, Ahhhhh the best days of my life. Would do it all over again for sure. Maybe not the drugs--hahaha, but I miss the music, the girls, the fashion, my friends definitely. The closet I get to those days now is here in Dallas Lizard Lounge on retro Sundays :)
Damn I didn't think any artist from the 80's would even touch Youtube, sooooooo, it's fantastic to see you commenting and uploading some stuff from your early days. I am 39 and remember this song vividly where they played the heck out of it in Houston Texas at clubs like 6400, Numbers, Paragon, DV8, Power Tools.this would be the closest to meeting you since you have posted on Youtube. I dance my ass off now to this song where they still play it at Lizard Lounge here in Dallas on Sunday
i'm frank rückert and i was one of the 2 tribantura members.
it's good to see that you still like the song after so many years :-)
i'm still producing music and if you want to check out the videos of my solo project "üNN" visit my youtube profile.
it includes also a preview video of my new album "exit".
oliver langbein (the other tribantura guy) is working on architecture and you can find a link to "osa" (office for subversive architecture) at my website in the link section

God bless you Frank. German techno exudes a very unique style. Commonly it is agressive, yet complex and exotic enough in its melodies and tribal rhythms to appeal to even the most critical of musical
connoisseurs. Like a fine wine becomes better with age, so songs like this gain meaning with the human in an altered state.
great track buto unfortunately not the best version. I would rather recommend the 12" A-side-Version (i do not know the titel of the mix). Nevertheless Talla "XLC rulez
wow wow this is awesome i love german synth pop NEW WAVE totally love this sound

Sick track. Welcome To The Technodrome is one of the best compilations ever released, and I'm lucky enough to have it on CD and vinyl.
