iv'e new that i was going to become a chef well before i left school and now im proving my self to the chefs i work with but trust me there is a lot of cleaning when you first get into the trade! long hours and if you have a girlfriend its a lot harder if you don't live with her/him ? @AnalysisPolitical you right, and its the same here in the uk, we get people from east Europe and the middle east, them guys will work 70 hour weeks for min wage, youll spend most you day getting shouted at and it very hard for anyone just starting out as a chef, chef = a tough life.

I am from Romania, I`m 20 years old, i want so bad to be a chef. My greatest dissapointment is that here doesen`t exist any school, just a six month course... i worked for six month`s as an apprentice in one of the top restaurants in my town, for free just to get some skils, but i feel that i must leave this country to fulfil my dream. I am realy sad about my situation

just get bread

get peanut butter on one slice

get jelly on the other

and put them together

and then put whip cream on top of it to make it fancy

It sounds hard but I believe if you want to reach your dreams you will no one can tell you is reality you can live in your own world as long as you do it right. And put an effort to everything you want in life :)

yes and no, you just need to love what you do more than anything. i know at my young age of 16,people doubt my detication, but ive talked to mannny people about why i want to be a chef, and are you sure you want to do it. but you just need to love it
