Traffic in Chicago is ok compared to other major cities like NY, Houston .... The people in Chicago are nice and friendly people. We've basically got four full seasons with a hot summer and a cold winter. It gets quite humid in the summer, though the temp only goes into the high 90's during brief heat waves. Winters are usually in the 10's - 30's, with brief cold spells dipping below zero. Do not underestimate the wind off the lake in the winter however. It can be brutal. If you're near the lake, it can be as cold as any city in North America.
Winters are harsh, but from what I heard, the weather in England is unbearable anyways. Summers are AMAZING in Chicago. Hands down best city in America.
It's usually bitterly cold and dry in the winter and very hot and humid in the summer. This is due to Lake Michigan. Because of the lake, it keeps moisture in the air in the summer, and creates a windy atmosphere in the winter, with very low wind chill factors. The falls are nice and mild, and the spring is mostly clouds and rain, but when it warms up, there's no better city int he world; Cubs games, Bears games, the unmatched nightlife, etc. Also a FANTASTIC city for museums.

Chi-Town is the best. It's the balance of everything. The best food (beat the heck out of LA restaurants). I traveled a lot so I know. Traffic in Chicago is ok compared to other major cities like NY, Houston .... The people in Chicago are nice and friendly people. After all, Chicago have the best architecture, unbeatable food, life and balance (Chicago girls are amazing). One of the best cities on the planet.

We've basically got four full seasons with a hot summer and a cold winter. It gets quite humid in the summer, though the temp only goes into the high 90's during brief heat waves. Winters are usually in the 10's - 30's, with brief cold spells dipping below zero. Do not underestimate the wind off the lake in the winter however. It can be brutal. If you're near the lake, it can be as cold as any city in North America.

It's usually bitterly cold and dry in the winter and very hot and humid in the summer. This is due to Lake Michigan. Because of the lake, it keeps moisture in the air in the summer, and creates a windy atmosphere in the winter, with very low wind chill factors. The falls are nice and mild, and the spring is mostly clouds and rain, but when it warms up, there's no better city int he world; Cubs games, Bears games, the unmatched nightlife, etc. Also a FANTASTIC city for museums.

As you can see they have a swarm of small skyscrapers (tallest building is only 248m).
So even if is not that impresive by math is bigger... (they had to use math cos' the look is too subjective)
