Art isn't just painting fruit or sculpting people, sometimes less is more, some of the most creative and visually exciting pieces of artwork around are based on simplicity (Mondrian for example). The stripes of colour may not seem like such an amazinig idea to some, but I think its another way of perceiving colour. Hence the exhibition title.
hmmm...art is like a poem ..listen to it...closed your eye and feel..your vision and imagination will lead you to the meaning of what is infront(art) of you.PEACE
I think it's because of the fact that it partially is - its an uncomplicated repetitive patern of lines with contrasting colors. It atracts everyones eyes wether they like it or not, like many childs drawings.
also, its the dedication, the preciseness of the lines, the perfection.art is also based in ones eyes.the vesion you see that i dont see.art as to a poem.PEACE
you know why. because good artists keep a child-like spirit alive in them and their works. have you ever hear of cy twombly just to mention a great one.
March: Creative Arts Full of Color. I wrote this as part of my month long forecast in my Destiny Codes book back in 2000. As this display demonstrates, the codes have not changed.
screw you american has a lot of different people just because we have a lot of untalented people doesnt mean there arent some amazingly talented people in our country. look at banksy. hes from america isnt he?

no offense, but why does modern art like this remind me of simple kindergarten crafts?
