In my opinion, Cold Case is waaay better than CSI. It's more "intelligent" and has creatively written storylines. Besides the real shows like Forensic Files and programs like that on A&E, Cold Case takes the cake.

It's one of the few "recent" cases (murder only happened a year or so before the episode) with very effective "then and now" flashes of everyone involved.

How sad that it took brutally murdered three people, including his own brother, for the killer to get his life cleaned up and get his act together. The same act that redeemed him also doomed him to a life in prison, if not the death penalty.
