  • Song Is Nicee wheryyy funny Perrfect no comeenttt

  • amazeing.its like i want to tear but i cant stop smiling at it

  • Mitsuda have been present in all my life, since Secret Of Mana back there in the 90's... thanks for everything!

  • @luizzeross He didn't compose Secret of Mana. Hiroki Kikuta did.

    Still awesome music, though.

  • @luizzeross , quoting: "he created sound effects for Hanjuku Hero, Final Fantasy V, Secret of Mana and Romancing SaGa 2" =) He was there, even if he wasn't composing the soundtracks, he was there. By the way, Secret Of Mana's sound effects where far more beautiful than FF VI and even Chrono Trigger ones on the SNES. They're all great games, but in terms of sound effects, I'd always liked Secret Of Mana better.

  • anyone found this music sheet? :(

  • nice..

  • BEAUTIFULLLL!...my tears...is...falling...

  • I am in LOVE with this song. <3 <3 <3

  • I haven't looked at nighttime the same way since hearing this song.

  • so awesome. i love mitsuda. he truly i believe is one of the greatest composers of our time.

  • @goodgamesir Yes! I'm sick of people not taking game composers seriously.

They're more melodic than Beethoven or Mozart, yet people always think of them.

  • stupendo... mi ricorda la notte....

  • so beautifull...

  • i still beleive that chrono cross is the best video game musical score i've ever heard in my ears but this is toooo good im gonna have to call it a draw but this isnt a game so i guess cc still holds my game heart.

  • Anyone have the sheets for this, or at least the midi? I'm trying to notate it without much luck.

  • I thought it was a viola, but I've heard it's an electric violin, which also makes sense if you've heard one.

  • One of Mitsuda's best works imo. Such a beautiful piece; doesn't seem to ever get old.

  • wish mitsuda can teach me his theory

  • I prefer Eminence's cover, but this is pretty good too.

  • Oh someone! PLease tell me how to get a music sheet for this song!

  • same heree!

i've been looking for sheet music for a while, and no one seems to have it! :(

  • i would just kill to have a third Chrono Game. I've never really been that big into FF or other well known series. but Chrono Cross has always stayed with me , all these years its just one of those special games ppl tend to have. but at the same time i fear if they made a new game it would somehow end up being lousy .

this song just takes me back to the old days of care free gaming. before the dark times before blue ray -.-

  • Just +1

CC forever, Mitsuda-san is the best!

  • Hm, Pictures of calm small villages and long fields, where children are running in the wind, with kites, would fit great to this song...

    To The Kite Runner too....

  • I realize JRPG's have been getting spotty in recent years, but why do we never see any big productions out of Mitsuda anymore, the guy is only in his 30's.

He's always attached to some freaking handheld game or other waste of his amazing talent. The last time I even heard of a big project and him spoken together was when he had to turn down FFXI to do Xenosaga Ep. 1.

I'm REALLY hoping he's doing the Project Rapture soundtrack, the FFXI team is mostly ex-Chrono staff afterall.

  • because theres no more good RPGs... lets just face it... side scrolling and fighting used to rule... then RPGS.... now its FPS

  • @Meringue Nope, you must have overlooked Tsugunai, an old PS2 game from 2001.

It sounds more like Chrono Cross than any of his other works. Even Xenogears and Xenoasaga.

  • Aaah! I want to buy the record!

  • Anyone know what string instrument is playing at 0:24? If my memory's still intact the string instrument used in .Hack Sign's ending song is quite similar to this one. Very emotional those two songs.

  • shoot! nevermind I'm getting senile. the ending song's different from what I remembered but they're both very wonderful songs.

  • It is a Cello, pronounced Chello

  • its a Cello o.o wow i think it was a violin o.o its beautiful

  • it's not a cello. it's a viola.

  • i don't think it's cello. it's very high pitched for a cello and a little low pitched for a violin. i think it's a viola the string instrument mostly forgotten and unappreciated.

  • i luv this song heck i luv all celtic music thats all thats in my CD case. saying iv got more irish blood in me then god lol luv this song

  • hey when some one has the sheet music please sent it to me, or post the link somerhwere.

  • This is by far one of my favorite Mitsuda pieces.

  • this is just like the night...over us...very great song..good composer

  • AHA!!! I've transcribed the song!! but I need to make a sheet music

  • this one would have to be me ALL-TIME favorite ^_^ i wish i knew how to play it -_-

  • Very soothing; thanks for sharing this.

  • This song is good for relaxing...

  • It's so soothing, so gentle~

  • eargasm.

  • i love it :3

  • The violin's beautiful. I especially like the beginning where the melody repeats.

  • This song makes me sleepy, but it is still one of my favorites!
