Highly doubtful, the Australian gov't seems to think all video games are sold to idiotically-impressionable 8-year-olds, and therefore usually refuses to rate, and therefore efectively bans, any game intended for someone older than 14.

It is quite hypocritical, because they don't apply even close to the same scrutiny to music, movies or television.
