ummmm...not. Arnesons have been around a long time and used on lots of boats. An arneson runs into a transmission or a crash box...not off a pully shaft or whatever you called it.

Who does he thinks he is fooling. In Asia they use a simpler drive system than his so called invention. This surfuce drive runs of a belt on the engine 2 a pully shaft with a common u joint that will fail fast. DO NOT BUY IT!

I worked for howard arneson building these for 2 yrs-no u joint in it... convel disk joint cost more than your car did dufuss..... and I lived in Thailand ,it's not the same thing at all as a tailshaft drive...
