I love how it starts very slow and quiet and peaceful, and then goes into a catchy, wild, crazy, infectious rhythm. I wonder if Jerry Goldsmith used cats in heat in the instrumental? I know it's supposed to be the vicious gremlins, but they sound like cats in heat at 1:45, but you really hear them at 2:50.

God, the reason why I love these movies is because the creators put the time and effort in it to make literally hundreds of dolls, complete with real slime and fur and everything, if "gremlins" came out these days, it all would've been computer generated, and that would suck!!!
Hollywood better not make a Remake of this film, it's like remaking the first Jurassic Park, just don't even try, the original 2 films are just too good for a remake!!!
Really well put together and the sound quality is very good. This brings back sooooo many memories. I was Gremlin-obsessed growing up, and this music was a big part of it. A great thing about YouTube is to see comments from people who felt and experienced pretty much the same thing -- we are not alone. If that's all I get out of today, then that's pretty good. This is such an awesome movie! I was born in the last few months of the eighties, but I still grew up with all these great movies because the owner of the video rental store near our house gave us a bunch of his tapes when he went out of business.
