@kylasmom2004 it is covered by insurance. talk to your doctor about getting it and they typically help in getting all the paperwork set up. If your insurance doesn't cover it, your state should have a program that covers things like that. In michigan it is called children's special health care. Finally, get a SmartVest. Google it. They are the best out there and they are really helpful with getting accessibility to a vest. In answer: no one really sells used hat I know of. U use them 4 life.

I couldn't use the vest due to my mediport being in my chest. But thankfully i got a double lung tansplant back in 2005. Doing well and enjoying life.
she's making a sound like saying AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, but cuz of vibration os the machine it sounds like AAA AAA AAA AA AAA :p, and yes: she's a cutie lol!

it helps clear the mucus from her lungs. it encourages coughing and huffing whihc is need to get the crap that collects in her lungs, out!
