This is in Asheville, North Carolina. 12/16/08.
It was Warren Haynes' Annual Christmas Jam, a yearly charity event.
I was at this show - it was awesome. At the end of Dave's set, he and Warren did "Cortez the Killer", and Gov't Mule joined in.

It was at whatever Christmas Jam Dave attended...he's only been to one. It must be 2006.
It was a great show, no matter what year it was.
