Guys, you could not shoot a portal onto yourself unless you were extremely obese, the portal needs some room, someone as small as Chell would not be able to hold a portal, and if you were extremely obese you wouldn't fit through the portal to go through yourself. Besides, you're not supposed to stare into the operational end of the device :)

The portals would be so close that they would make an infinite tunnel, but for proportional reasons and the fact that portals that get closer let less space for passing through them, I think that wouldn't let you pass, you would collide with the portal just as it was a solid wall, ram into it, break your head, regret it...

...anyways you open the portal on your clothes, so if your clothes were left back as you did that it could be actually possible, even though that would ...

If you launched a portal right to your skin, that would make a portal bigger than you, rendering yoursel invisible, more said, transparentous, and if you tried to cross that other portal on the wall there would happen what was aforementioned on the other portal ; it would work as a perfect wall.

In theory, by placing a blue portal on yourself, you cannot enter through the orange portal because the blue portal, being the same size as the orange portal, cannot fit through the orange portal in the first place.
