#300 is the power level, #300's have 350-425 grams

but i do LOVE the 500 gram tubes

i usually buy 2 or 3 boards with 9 on them for my show, and about 10-12 500 gram repeater cakes, my favorite cakes are the Pyrotechnic Motherlode and Untamed Retribution

you should have got the comet cluster 500 gram tube, get those for the 4th if you can, i think they are great if you only buy a few tubes

The #500 tubes dont mean they have 500 grams of powder in them. its just a type of measurement. if it were 500 grams, do you think they would ever put over a pound of it in a tubes that 3 inches wide? they have 500 grams in large repeaters because the multiple tubes even out the power of 500 grams of explosives. if it was in that tube, in one shot the tube would just explode.

buy a powerpak..its the store across from phantom fireworks in new hampshire (the bigger one) they have 129 dollar for buy 1 get 2 free mix and match and packs of roman candles for 5 bucks each..its a great place and they sometimes give you free fireworks too :P ill send you a pic of some of the fireworks i got from there if you want me to nice stash though
