I am 51 years old now, I learned 洪拳 with him for 6 years since I was 15 in his school at King's Road, Hong Kong. I am glad to see my Shi Fu is still is in such good shape. His move and stance is the best of any other 洪拳 masters I have seen.

@Ehmugmug the hung gar style is based on the shaolin black tiger fist and the plum flower fist, these two gave way to the gung gee fuk fu kuen, first of the four pillars of the hung gar style.
