No kidding, I've been following Resident Hero since 1998 since their humble beginnings in Tyler, TX playing at a club called Elmo's. Actually my best friend worked with Ryan back then. You know what, I still think they are awesome and am extremely happy for their success.

I saw these guys at the troubador in Los Angeles.

They are simply great. I had never heard of them, and was there with another band me and some friends knew, and these guys blew us away. They are amazing. Look em up, go see them, its cheap, and you will have a good time.

Yeah Virgin told Ryan that he had a mediocre voice and the only good song they had was Happy...completely ridiculous...and SO UNTRUE!! These guys are absolutely amazing..they don't even NEED a contract...They're recording right now...ON THEIR OWN TERMS!!...I am so happy for them...
