4650's need a better Power Supply...and i think 8400GS isnt as good as the 9500GT...actualy they have a big difference..i've had both cards...

For the rest of you:

I can play MW2 on a 8400M GS (the mobile version)!!! So it can definitely play on a desktop.

And I can play any map in MW2 on my laptop with an 8400M GS, mind you it's on low, but it still plays nonetheless.

And you also still called a 9500 GT a rebranded 8500 GT. An 8500 GT is an 8400 with a 128 bit bus over a 64 bit one.
