To say Scooter stole this tune from Technoboy is nonsense considering the orginal is from 1986 by Matia Bazar. If the original was still copyrighted then Scooter will have had to pay to use the vocals/samples etc, the same goes for Technoboy.

After listening to all three versions I have to say that I don't see what Scooter 'stole' from this version. The similarities between the songs seem to be from either the parts they used from the original and the fact that they are both techno songs. Also, the Scooter version is far superior. The idea to techno-ize the song might have been taken from this song but the content doesn't seem to be.
