Thats not a ladderbar it's the torque bar that runs up to the tranny. he probably ripped out his stock 4link mountings like pulling the lid off a can of spam. (not that I'm insinuating that hes running fake and bake show meats) 9" slicks will get you into the low 10's and that's probably an 11 or 12 second car at best. he's wasting power trying to turn the extra mass and those cars arent light but golly don't it look fast.

Most tracks barely do any inspection to the slower cars, I'm surprised more stuff like this doesn't happen.
