  • Wow,shows how easy things like 911 can be planed, very scary. I don't see any reason to hide the camera, its not like people don't walk around with cameras in fact if I saw a camera like that I would get a cop fast.

  • and yet..... follow the leader again... at the getty again. try a different place, maybe a more crowded place, maybe everyone wear the same color or do more outstanding things rather than jus walk around moving their arms and twirling.

  • Ha me and my sister took part in this as an intrigued bystander!

  • Did you see yourself? :D

  • Yes a couple of times.

My sister and I were there for her school project and she got some amazing pictures on our path with this video!

  • I didn't get what you meant on your two's path, but sounds like I helped in some way , suhweet! What was the project?

  • Jumping into your improv was "our path" hahah.

She had a location and had to take 36 pictures; but could not be of the actual art in the museum. It was interesting. One of her best pictures was of the "line of ppl" walking up the 3 flights of stairs. :D

  • Omg that's so awesome! Do you think she would share them on a Flickr account? Even if not, I would love to see at least just that one! Will you ask her for me? :]

  • Oh deffinatly i will ask her! i've got some good ones too! how can i send them to you!?

  • Well just get her to upload it to Flickr is the best thing, so I can share it with everyone that visits my video, but if she doesn't want to, you can just email it to me at ACTORD at gmail. Either/Or email me a link to her Flickr album. Or whatever photo/art sharing site she uses. There's deviantArt too I've heard of.

  • omg

    this was sooo fun

  • Good times. (: Fun tiems. ^_^ My point in making the video was to share and tell our story. If it made one person feel good, it's served it's purpose. :D And I just leave it up as a virtual accomplishment that GuerilLA has made. Thanks for your comment! I really appreciate it!

  • I really don't think ImprovEverywhere should be in the title.. We are separate group form them and they sponsor us in no way.

  • Duly noted. However, until people understand that that is only one group's name, and that every improv troupe has a different name, it's the way it has to be. But if you can convince people to change their ways of thinking, go right ahead, but until then, it's the only way to share our stories. Even those within our ranks don't fully understand that Improv Everywhere is designated only for New York. And that our name is GuerilLA.

  • But a very very good point nonetheless. Like when people say, "dolly" as opposed to "hand truck" drives me up the wall. But you have to talk to the masses in the way they understand and say "dolly" when what they really mean is "hand truck." Just one example.

  • Okay!

  • Otay?

  • Otay!

  • Ok the laughing was pretty hilarious :oD

  • Can't help but laugh, it's contagious. Although I felt like I was in a pack of hyenas!

  • I'm sure it felt like that but hey, it comes but once a year. People sure love to add little ripples in the line, which is of course one of the most interesting features.

  • Yeah! It's all about the line progression, how things change and how it's like a game of telephone and how sometimes it's just lost in the midst of madness the things that were supposed to be passed on but weren't.

  • hahaha my husband called us cattle when i tried to explain to him what we did at the Getty!

  • LOL! :D

  • Ew on the shush spray...

  • Ha, lol.

  • It was louder in the raw file too!

  • I love how it just slowly builds:)

  • All about telling a story...

  • "redonkeykong beautiful" hehe

  • Haha, I think you know how there's the word ridiculous, and then people make it into redonkculous? I think he went a step further and made it into redonkeykongculous haha. I wondered if people would get it, lol. Smart man you are.

  • Yeah he went a step further and way back at the same time :D I actually never remember playing donkey kong as a kid, but I had some friends that had those game systems and they played it. Amazing how far games have come along. Redonkeykongculous!

  • Haha, good one! And thanks for faving it? Woo!

  • Oh you're right. He did say redonkeykong. My bad.

  • Haha, love listening to Mahdroo tell the whole route of the walk, and then be fascinated with opening a banana. That's how we teach the kindergarten kids to open bananas in the cafeteria 'cause it's way easier.

  • There was a dude and his ladyfriend next to us and Mahdroo kept getting louder and louder despite my gentle assertions to quite him, and it was definitely all very entertaining to them. :D

  • Hello,David.

The set up and initial walking around everywhere did not seem like true stampede. The classic western cow / wrangler stampede would start as a large "herd" suddenly moving en masse to another location. I see the true "stampede" occurs only at the end.

I think "Ants Marching" by Dave Mathews would have made a neat soundtrack during all of the clips of the group walking in lines

  • Ha. And I wish I could have put some music up. Dave would have some DCMA copyright issues with me if I were to, lol.

Thanks for watching man! Um, alien. I appreciate the comment too. (=
