Gracias por tus palabras, saludos besde Egipto

  • I, like vesna2102, would really appreciate the lyrics transliterated to the latin alphabet - I'd like to learn it but can't read Arabic script.

  • Beauty of form and meaning at full play.

Amazing, both the Arab Spring and this clip.

Best wishes for the hard road you have in front of you, since your struggle for freedom and dignity has just begun

  • It's Jason Mraz in the hat! :D Nice music :)

  • awesome song...gave me the chills just to think about what an experience it must have been for the brave souls of Egypt who were at Tahrir. Respect from Chicago. I especially liked the line about how if the freedom falls again, we will look upon the square as a mystery. Hope it never happens. I hope these folks continue singing and making music even after the Brotherhood takes power.

  • Beautiful music for a brave people : EGYPT...freedom is near, fight like an egyptian !!!!

  • No one can take this art away from us anymore. What a wonderful song. If some one can tag Arabic words on this video would be even nicer.

  • Thanks for translating. Good job. Plz keep it up. This video deserve more hits.

  • this video should be watched by 1billion people, not fags justin bieber video..

  • Thanks so so so much, really it is so helpful for all of us the ones who love Egypt, but dont speak arabic, and for us... the ones who would have died to be there with all our brothers and sisters, fighting and dying so proud for our beloved land... thanks so much for having translated this beautiful poem of struggle and hope.

    بلادي بلادي بلادي

    لكِ حبي و فؤادي

    ...يا بلادي عيشي حرة

  • 3:20 to 3:47 So True

  • to whomever translated this beautiful song due to the complexity of the arabic verse you could never translate it literally to any language it would never make sense so for those who dont understand arabic and are reading this translation try understanding the context meant by the sentence from these words and you would get the meaning

  • Taste of freedom, how it's delightful. When I was hearing the song, I dreamt maybe someday we sing same song for Azadi square in Tehran

  • @AzDhHo one day you will and marches will be held in tahrir square to support your cause :)

  • Voice of freedom brings us together Finally, our lives become meaningless No return our voice heard And the dream became anon-prohibited Oh the field where you all this time YOU Destroyed the wall Lit the light You collect broken people around you We are born again And stubborn dream was borned We disagree with pure intention Some times image was not clear We will keep our country and Our children's children the right of those who departed from our youth

  • The translation is amazing

By the way you don't have to translate the song literally, it's all about the context

It's amazing bcoz the translation is rhymed in a fascinating way.

  • Egyptians are artist by nature. I love this. Keep up the good work. The best yet to come. Keep the hope alive.

  • Nice for all the world. We are one.
