A lot of Naoto's looks come from Raidou, like the eye color and the hat if you think about it. Same job as well. (The persona for spoilerific reasons)

But I do agree Naoto DOES look like P3 main character.

@KaddyGamer I think it was based upon their shadow so naoto's is based on the fact that her shadow was all about her being a child and a girl and that still bothers her although she has accepted it. So when it changes when she overcomes the problem and it becomes large and also the sword is meant to represent her role as a detective so when it changes the sword looks regular size then.

Actually, Sukuna Hikona from the legends is said to be so small she would slip between her mother's fingers, so it has nothing to do with Naoto, but the 'real' Sukunahikona.
