Having no taxes is not a selling point. Everyone knows that if a country does not make their citizens pay taxes then they will continue to dig their country in to a whole of debt. Look at Greece for example.

But on a lighter note - Bhavna, you have amazing presentation skills! I am in my M.B.A. and was needed to find a video of someone giving a presentation to critique it. Best of luck in your future endeavors! You are clearly a bright and intelligent young women and will go far in life!

Bhavna ...Amazing presentation skills!! but you missed out the nuances of the real Dubai economy and the underlying current in the debtors hotspot!! Dubai has a debt of 100 billion US dollars which is more than its GDP!! n probably take ten years to recover!! Shud have touched the negative aspects of bold n unrealistic approach of dubai too!!

good presentation, but unfortunately the content is extremely misinformed. Free health and no tax? clearly you did not live in the "real" Dubai. False promotion of the wonders of the country is what led to its demise after the crash.
